Kit Collection & Race Day Guidelines- AIPL Women 10K Run 2024

Expo: Running Kit Collection Venue (17/02/24):

Venue: AIPL Joy Central, Sector 65, Gurugram

Date & Time- Saturday, 17th Feb, 11:00am to 4:00pm (duration 5hrs)

The kits will be distributed strictly during the above-mentioned time frame. Kits will not be available at the event venue on Sunday. Only Bib (without kit) can be collected on event morning.

You may authorize someone to collect bibs (for individual or group). The authorized person should carry a copy (hard or soft) of your participation confirmation mail or your bib number. Don’t exchange your bibs. Don’t tag your bib on your back; wear it on your chest.

Note:- If you have booked a kit for delivery then these will be delivered by 15th Feb. You need not come to the expo on Saturday.

Event Day (Feb 18, 2024 Sunday) Guidelines:

Assembly time 5:30am onward. Reaching early will help you in finding a suitable parking area.
Parking: Park your vehicle in the AIPL Business Club parking in the basement. Parking attendant will guide you
# Keep your valuables in the dashboard or boot of the car. These should not be visible from outside.
# Use of cab services, if possible, is another option.

Category wise Start Time:

10Km Run starts at 6:30am (2loops= 10Km)
5Km Run starts at 6:45am (1loops= 5Km)
5Km Walkathon starts at 6:45am (1loops= 5Km)
3Km Kids Run starts at 6:55am (Go 1.5Km, take u-turn & come back= 3Km)

Water Stations and other arrangements:

We are making our events eco-friendly and green. Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 3 water stations on the route i.e. 50m 1.4K, 2.4K. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.

Facilities in assembly area:

Sanitized toilets, photo zone, food zone, baggage counter & experience zone.

Post Run Activities:

Participants will get finishers’ Medal & Timing Certificate will be available online.
Post run breakfast will be served to all participants in the assembly area.

Prizes & Trophies:

Top 3 finishers (overall fastest male & female) in 10Km, 5Km & 3Km Kids Run, will be timed by net time, irrespective of age category.
5Km Walkathon is a non-timed fun walk.
Age category wise podium finishers will be felicitated in a separate function, date for which will be communicated to the winners once the results are officially announced on Thursday (22nd Feb).
Athelin is the official Prize & Training partner for the event.
