A podium finisher at multiple prestigious events such as Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, Airtel Delhi Half Marathon, Tata Steel Kolkata 25k, TCS World 10k Bangalore, Wipro Chennai Marathon and Pinkathon.

Ran 6 full marathons in a single year (2016)

One big lesson learnt is that there are no shortcuts in the pursuit of excellence. One can't pursue something in a half-hearted way and then expect to make a difference.

Being active every day is something that is as important as eating and brushing one's teeth.

Running is one of the easiest forms of exercise for which one doesn't need anything other than a pair of running shoes and an open road.

I hope that every woman understands the importance of taking care of her health and happiness by making positive changes.
