Race Day (March 4, 2018 Sunday) Guidelines

Race Day Assembly Venue:
Ambience Mall Complex, on road behind Starbucks, Gurugram.

Category wise Start Time:

All the races start at 7:00am sharp. First 10Km, followed by 5Km Run & Walk then 3Km

Assembly time 6am.
Reaching early will help you in finding suitable parking area and in enjoying the pre-run activities, including Zumba warm-up session.

Parking & holding area:
Once you enter mall complex, you will be guided to the parking in mall’s basement. It’s a paid parking. Keep your valuables in dashboard or boot of the car. Carpooling is highly recommended. Then you will be guided towards holding area which is on road behind Starbucks, near Hotel Leela.

Race Timings:

Top 3 finishers (fastest) in 10Km, 5Km & 3Km will be timed by Gun Start (gross timing), irrespective of age category. That means reaching late on start line will not be a good idea. Timing & Certificate will be available by Monday morning at https://www.runizen.com/e
Net time will be applicable of all other runners (even if you start couple of minute late, you get net timing not the gross timing). 5Km Walkathon is a non-timed fun walk.
3Km Run participants will take a U-turn from 1.5Km
5Km Run participants will take a U-turn from 2.5Km
5Km Walkathon participants will take a U-turn from 2.5Km
10Km Run participants will take a U-turn from 5Km(2 loops)

Prizes:

Top 3 finishers in 10K, 5K & 3K (no age category) will get a pair of shoes from Mizuno
Age category wise prizes are being sponsored by Mevofit.

Water Stations and other arrangements:

We are making our events eco-friendly and green. Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 3 water stations on the route i.e. in holding area, 50m 1.4K, 2.4K. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.

Holding Area:

There will be portable toilets, change room & storage counter. Don’t keep valuable in your bag and mark your name on the bag for identification.

Post Run Activities:

Enjoy the post run cool-down stretches and get foot massage done from masseurs.
Participants will get finishers’ Medal
Post run breakfast will be served to all participants in holding area. We have arranged Gol-gappas and Chaat-Papdi too beside regular options in breakfast. People or participants without bibs or tags will not be allowed in food area. Breakfast Tags for non-participants will be available at medal counter @ Rs 100/-.
